Bu layih\u0259 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn m\u00f6vcud texnologiyalar\u0131n \u00f6yr\u0259nilm\u0259si, Az\u0259rbaycan\u0131n iqlim v\u0259 relyef \u015f\u0259raitin\u0259 uy\u011funlu\u011funun qiym\u0259tl\u0259ndirilm\u0259si, h\u0259m\u00e7inin iqtisadi s\u0259m\u0259r\u0259liliyin hesablanmas\u0131 h\u0259yata ke\u00e7iril\u0259c\u0259k. 2026-c\u0131 ild\u0259 \u00f6lk\u0259nin m\u00fcxt\u0259lif b\u00f6lg\u0259l\u0259rind\u0259 bu texnologiyan\u0131n t\u0259tbiq oluna bil\u0259c\u0259yi \u0259razil\u0259r m\u00fc\u0259yy\u0259n edil\u0259c\u0259k. \u018fsas\u0259n i\u00e7m\u0259li su q\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fc\u015fahid\u0259 olundu\u011fu, yerli su m\u0259nb\u0259l\u0259rinin kifay\u0259t etm\u0259diyi \u0259razil\u0259r\u0259 \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck veril\u0259c\u0259k. 2027-ci ild\u0259 havadan suyun \u0259ld\u0259 edilm\u0259si \u00fczr\u0259 ilk pilot layih\u0259nin h\u0259yata ke\u00e7irilm\u0259si planla\u015fd\u0131r\u0131l\u0131b.<\/p>\n<p>Eyni zamanda, \u00f6lk\u0259d\u0259 y\u00fcks\u0259k mineralla\u015fm\u0131\u015f yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n t\u0259mizl\u0259nm\u0259si v\u0259 istifad\u0259y\u0259 c\u0259lb edilm\u0259si planla\u015fd\u0131r\u0131l\u0131b. Burada orta illik r\u00fctub\u0259t 74% t\u0259\u015fkil edir v\u0259 s\u00f6z\u00fcged\u0259n texnologiyan\u0131n t\u0259tbiqi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn uy\u011fundur. Bak\u0131 \u015f\u0259h\u0259ri v\u0259 Ab\u015feron yar\u0131madas\u0131 X\u0259z\u0259r d\u0259nizi sahilind\u0259 yerl\u0259\u015fdiyi \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn yar\u0131ms\u0259hra iqlimin\u0259 aid olmas\u0131na baxmayaraq, nisbi r\u00fctub\u0259t y\u00fcks\u0259kdir. Burada orta illik nisbi r\u00fctub\u0259t 70\u201375% interval\u0131ndad\u0131r. Lakin bu g\u00f6st\u0259rici f\u0259sill\u0259r \u00fczr\u0259 f\u0259rqli ola bilir. Bel\u0259 sular\u0131n t\u0259mizl\u0259nm\u0259si \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u0259n effektiv qur\u011fular t\u0259rs osmoz v\u0259 nanotexnologiya sisteml\u0259ridir.
