Bu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131\u015f publisistik yaz\u0131larda oldu\u011fu kimi, \u0259d\u0259bi-b\u0259dii n\u00fcmun\u0259l\u0259rd\u0259 d\u0259 \u0259ksini tap\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>M\u0259cmu\u0259nin \u0259sas yazarlar\u0131ndan olan M\u0259h\u0259mm\u0259d \u018fmin R\u0259sulzad\u0259nin &#8220;Dirilik n\u0259dir?&#8221; m\u0259qal\u0259si milli dir\u00e7\u0259li\u015fin ideoloji b\u0259yannam\u0259si, m\u00fc\u0259llifin milli \u015f\u00fcur konsepsiyas\u0131n\u0131n proqram\u0131 kimi q\u0259bul olunur. &#8220;Milli dirilik&#8221; silsil\u0259 m\u0259qal\u0259l\u0259rind\u0259 d\u0259 mill\u0259tin ya\u015famas\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn ilk n\u00f6vb\u0259d\u0259, siyasi v\u0259 m\u0259n\u0259vi g\u00fcc\u0259 ehtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011funu vur\u011fulayan M.\u018f.R\u0259sulzad\u0259 g\u00f6st\u0259rirdi ki, m\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259t b\u0259\u015f\u0259riyy\u0259tin t\u0259bi\u0259tl\u0259 apard\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcbariz\u0259d\u0259n qazan\u0131lan q\u0259nim\u0259tdir. Ancaq bu q\u0259nim\u0259td\u0259n yaln\u0131z bacar\u0131ql\u0131, t\u0259r\u0259qqip\u0259rv\u0259r, \u00f6z amal\u0131na s\u0131x birl\u0259\u015f\u0259n mill\u0259tl\u0259r faydalana bilirl\u0259r. Q\u00fcvv\u0259tsiz, \u00f6lg\u00fcn fikirl\u0259rl\u0259 ya\u015fayan xalqlar is\u0259 ba\u015fqalar\u0131n\u0131n t\u0259r\u0259qqisind\u0259n as\u0131l\u0131 qal\u0131r, onlar\u0131n nem\u0259tl\u0259rinin &#8220;riz\u0259xar\u0131&#8221;na \u00e7evrilirl\u0259r: &#8220;B\u0259nc\u0259, m\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259ti-b\u0259\u015f\u0259riyy\u0259 mill\u0259tl\u0259rin z\u0259hm\u0259tl\u0259rind\u0259n hasil olan bir yekundur. H\u0259r mill\u0259t \u00f6z iqtidar v\u0259 \u00f6z istiqlal\u0131 say\u0259sind\u0259, y\u0259ni \u00f6z diriliyi il\u0259 o yekuna x\u00fcsusi oldu\u011fu q\u0259d\u0259r d\u0259 qiym\u0259tli b\u0259zi \u015feyl\u0259r \u0259lav\u0259 edir ki, bir mill\u0259tin \u00f6lm\u0259si v\u0259 yaxud \u00f6lk\u00fcn fikirl\u0259rl\u0259 ya\u015famas\u0131 yaln\u0131z \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u0259db\u0259xtliyini deyil, b\u0259\u015f\u0259riyy\u0259tin d\u0259 b\u00f6y\u00fck bir n\u00f6qsan\u0131n\u0131 t\u0259\u015fkil edir.&#8221; (16 sentyabr, 1914, \u21161)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dirilik&#8221; m\u0259cmu\u0259si s\u0259hif\u0259l\u0259rind\u0259 M.\u018f.R\u0259sulzad\u0259nin mill\u0259t, dil, din v\u0259 beyn\u0259lmil\u0259l\u00e7ilik bar\u0259d\u0259 fikirl\u0259ri ard\u0131c\u0131l \u015f\u0259kild\u0259 i\u015f\u0131qland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. M\u00fc\u0259llif bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n iki m\u0259nas\u0131ndan b\u0259hs ed\u0259r\u0259k, imperiya i\u00e7ind\u0259 xalqlar\u0131n assimilyasiyas\u0131 kimi ba\u015fa d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u0259n beyn\u0259lmil\u0259l\u00e7iliyi k\u0259skin t\u0259nqid edir, \u00fcmumb\u0259\u015f\u0259ri m\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259t\u0259 \u00f6z t\u00f6hf\u0259sini verm\u0259yi is\u0259 m\u00fcdafi\u0259 edirdi. Bu yana\u015fma milliliyi qoruyaraq da d\u00fcnya m\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259tinin ayr\u0131lmaz t\u0259rkib hiss\u0259si olma\u011f\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcnl\u00fcy\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6st\u0259rirdi. R\u0259sulzad\u0259y\u0259 g\u00f6r\u0259, bir mill\u0259tin \u00f6lm\u0259si (yaxud \u00f6lg\u00fcnl\u0259\u015fm\u0259si) yaln\u0131z onun b\u0259db\u0259xtliyi deyil, h\u0259m d\u0259 b\u0259\u015f\u0259riyy\u0259t \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn b\u00f6y\u00fck n\u00f6qsan v\u0259 itki dem\u0259kdir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dirilik&#8221; m\u0259cmu\u0259sinin ideya m\u0259kan\u0131nda dil m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259si d\u0259 x\u00fcsusi yer tuturdu. Bu bar\u0259d\u0259 d\u0259 apar\u0131c\u0131 fikril\u0259r yen\u0259 M.\u018f.R\u0259sulzad\u0259y\u0259 aid idi. O yaz\u0131rd\u0131 ki, dil mill\u0259tin h\u0259m zahiri, h\u0259m d\u0259 batini varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifad\u0259 ed\u0259n \u0259sas \u00fcns\u00fcr oldu\u011fu \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn mill\u0259ti m\u0259hv etm\u0259k ist\u0259y\u0259n siyas\u0259tl\u0259r, ilk n\u00f6vb\u0259d\u0259, onun dilin\u0259 h\u00fccum edirl\u0259r. Bu bax\u0131mdan m\u00fc\u0259llif milli dilin qorunmas\u0131, l\u00fc\u011f\u0259tl\u0259rin t\u0259rtib edilm\u0259si v\u0259 xalq \u0259d\u0259biyyat\u0131 n\u00fcmun\u0259l\u0259rinin toplan\u0131l\u0131b elmi sur\u0259td\u0259 i\u015fl\u0259nm\u0259sini milli t\u0259r\u0259qqinin vacib \u015f\u0259rti say\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Din m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259sin\u0259 g\u0259linc\u0259, M\u0259mm\u0259d \u018fmin R\u0259sulzad\u0259 ona b\u00f6y\u00fck m\u0259d\u0259ni q\u00fcvv\u0259 kimi baxsa da, dini avaml\u0131q v\u0259 x\u00fcrafatla qar\u0131\u015fd\u0131rma\u011f\u0131n \u0259leyhin\u0259 idi. O, islam al\u0259minin t\u0259r\u0259qqid\u0259n geri qalmas\u0131n\u0131 m\u0259hz dinin sa\u011flam mahiyy\u0259tind\u0259n uzaqla\u015fmas\u0131 il\u0259 izah edir, islah olunmu\u015f, milliliyi bo\u011fmayan dini is\u0259 m\u00fch\u00fcm t\u0259r\u0259qqi amili hesab edirdi. Bel\u0259 bir din, onun fikrinc\u0259, h\u0259m m\u0259d\u0259niyy\u0259ti z\u0259nginl\u0259\u015fdir\u0259, h\u0259m d\u0259 mill\u0259tin diriliyin\u0259 xidm\u0259t ed\u0259 bil\u0259rdi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"no-display appear\" src=\"http:\/\/img.edebiyyatqazeti.az\/uploads\/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-07-17%20at%2014_55_10%20(1)%20(1).jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dirilik&#8221; m\u0259cmu\u0259sind\u0259, dem\u0259k olar, \u0259n sanball\u0131 m\u0259qal\u0259l\u0259rin m\u00fc\u0259llifi olan M.\u018f.R\u0259sulzad\u0259nin imzas\u0131n\u0131 on alt\u0131nc\u0131 saydan etibar\u0259n, t\u0259\u0259ss\u00fcf ki, g\u00f6r\u0259 bilmirik. 15-ci n\u00f6mr\u0259d\u0259 Lermontovun &#8220;\u0130smay\u0131l b\u0259y&#8221; poemas\u0131n\u0131n t\u0259rc\u00fcm\u0259si &#8220;bitm\u0259di&#8221; qeydi il\u0259 verils\u0259 d\u0259, el\u0259 bununla da bitir. S\u0259b\u0259b &#8220;Dirilik&#8221; s\u0259hif\u0259l\u0259rind\u0259 k\u0259skin t\u0259r\u0259qqi v\u0259 istiqlal m\u00f6vzulu m\u0259tnl\u0259rin yer almas\u0131 idi. S\u00f6z azadl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;Dirilik&#8221; m\u0259cmu\u0259sin\u0259 veril\u0259n &#8220;limiti&#8221; tamamlan\u0131r v\u0259 jurnal c\u0259rim\u0259l\u0259nir; bel\u0259c\u0259, s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u0259s\u0259ri d\u0259 dem\u0259k olar, yoxa \u00e7\u0131x\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>H\u0259min d\u00f6vr\u00fcn ictimai fikrind\u0259 &#8220;h\u00fcrriyy\u0259ti-nisvan&#8221; &#8211; qad\u0131n azadl\u0131\u011f\u0131 problemi d\u0259 xeyli aktual idi v\u0259 t\u0259k-t\u0259k n\u00fcmun\u0259l\u0259rin simas\u0131nda Az\u0259rbaycan qad\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6z h\u00fcquqlar\u0131 u\u011frunda m\u00fcbariz\u0259 apar\u0131rd\u0131. Bu m\u00fcbariz\u0259nin ilk vasit\u0259si is\u0259 \u0259lb\u0259tt\u0259, m\u0259tbuat idi. M\u00fct\u0259r\u0259qqi ideyalar yayan d\u0259rgi v\u0259 q\u0259zetl\u0259rd\u0259 b\u0259zi ayd\u0131nlar qad\u0131n haqlar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcdafi\u0259sin\u0259 h\u0259sr olunmu\u015f yaz\u0131larla \u00e7\u0131x\u0131\u015f edir, problemi g\u00f6st\u0259rm\u0259kl\u0259 yana\u015f\u0131, h\u0259lli istiqam\u0259tl\u0259rini d\u0259 ni\u015fan verirdi. Amma d\u00f6vr\u00fcn yaz\u0131 v\u0259 fikir t\u0259cr\u00fcb\u0259si kontekstind\u0259n yana\u015fanda bunu normal q\u0259bul etm\u0259k olar. M\u00fc\u0259llifin &#8220;&#8230;dirilik v\u0259 varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u0259qas\u0131 qad\u0131nlard\u0131r&#8221; c\u00fcml\u0259si il\u0259 yekunla\u015fan m\u0259tninin ana fikri is\u0259 evdar olsa bel\u0259, qad\u0131nlara t\u0259hsilin vacibliyini vur\u011fulamaqdan ibar\u0259tdir: &#8220;Qad\u0131nl\u0131q y\u00fcks\u0259lm\u0259dikc\u0259 milliyy\u0259t t\u0259n\u0259zz\u00fcl ed\u0259r.
